Explanation of how to take screenshot on laptop computer via step by step tutorial.

1. Locate on the screen whatever you want to take screenshot of[For E.g : I will take screenshot of Desktop Wallpaper]

Description - Whatever you want to take Screenshot of , just make sure it is on the main screen and it is visible to your eyes properly, once you are sure this operation has been performed successfully just move on to the next step.

2. Press "Print Screen" on your laptop computer

Description - After making sure that whatever you wanted to take screenshot of is on the main screen, just click on the "print screen" button[as shown in the image above.] so that it will capture the image to save it later on your hard drive or SSD, once you are sure of you have clicked on it, just move on to the next step.

3. Click on windows button or click on start button and then click on "paint".

Description - After following both the 2 steps shown above, you can now move on to the 3rd step which is to access the paint tool which is freely available on  windows platform be it windows 7 / 8 /10 and any other previous version. 

Just click on the windows button and then click on "paint tool" or you can even search in the search bar "paint' and then you can click on to open it. you can see how to access paint in the image as shown above.

4. After opening paint Click "Ctrl + V" button or right click button  and choose paint over the paint tool.

Description :Once you followed all the steps mentioned above you will having access to paint tool and then you can click "Ctrl + V" or you can "right click" from your mouse and choose "Paste" Option to paste the image that you had captured by clicking "Print screen" button in the beginning, and once you press "Ctrl + V" or "right click" of mouse and then "Paste" Option, you wil see the following captured image in the paint tool. after following all the steps and reachin gto this point successfully you can now move to furter step. 

5. Click on Save and then click on location wherever you want to save

Description: After following all the steps, just click on "Ctrl + Save " or Click On th eicon present on "Left Top Corner" it will you several options just Click On

  [i]Click On "Save As" [It will show you several option so choose format in which you want to save the image you can choose whatever option you like from PNG(Portable Network Graphics), JPEG, BMP(Bit Map Image) GIF etc]

 [ii]Click On "JPEG" format as shown in the image above[iii]Choose the location where you want to save the image, Recommended Location - "Desktop"[iv]Choose whatever you want to name the Picture, any randow name will word [v]Choose format whichever one you like, Recommended Format - "JPEG"[vi]Finally Click on Save.

6. Successfully done.
