Check Your Jio Balance Using My Jio App, There are several steps which you need to follow to check your jio balance, Below are those following steps mentioned, Just follow the steps one by one to know how to check jio balance:-

Note:- There Should be a Jio sim card in your phone in order to knw balance and make sure your internet is working.

                      HOW TO CHECK JIO BALANCE 

1]Download My Jio App From Play Store.

Description : I have also provided the playstore link to download Jio app from playstore below,  just click on it to download the app and launch it.

2]Connect your Mobile phone to internet.


Description : By turning on your Mobile data pack or connecting to a Wi-Fi, once you are sure that you are connected just launch the app from your phone and then it will get started, it will take around 20-30 seconds to become operational fully depending on your phone's capacity

3]Launch the Jio app on your phone.
Description : once the app is fully functional, it will look like what the picture shows below and it has a lot of info that it shows on main screen, you can just check, i have explained in the picture below, that what each and every info is all about and how you can check about the info or data you want to, have a look at the picture below.


[Make sure there is a Jio sim card in your phone through which you are checking your balance, without a jio sim card you cannot check balance of Jio Sim, so make sure you keep that in mind to check your balance.]

4] Click on Rs 399 Plan.

Description :  [Sky Blue Box as shown in step 3] to check Plan Details. Here it will show you - your phone number, your current plan which you had recharged for and which is still active, which includes the no. of messages, voice hours, data, i have explained all of it in th ebelow picture, checkout the picture to find out what info indicates what information it is showing and how you can search for whatever info you want.
